SCOPE OF SERVICES
Phase I:
Programming & Strategic Planning
Identify problem areas; discuss
goals and explore concerns through
preliminary meetings.
Analyze
current distribution of space and
identify future needs.
Establish
optimal workflow using adjacency
diagrams, showing the proxemic
relationship of various personnel
groups.
Evaluate existing
furniture and fixtures
Research
all applicable state and local building,
zoning, fire and handicap codes.
Compile and present to the owner all
quantitative & qualitative data gathered
during the phase I.
Phase II: Schematic
Design
Review and explore
all building systems and elements,
including partitioning, lighting,
communications, materials and finishes.
Develop initial design design
concept through drawings, sketches,
material samples and space plans.
Establish preliminary budget schedule.
Review space plans with appropriate
government agencies.
